For those who want everything handled from start to finish. The Designed + Done package brings your vision to life with a fully planned and coordinated memorial — including ceremony structure, curated music and readings, visual tributes, printed programs, and day-of guidance where needed. Every detail is crafted to reflect your loved one’s story while allowing you to be fully present.

What’s Included:

Full memorial design (event flow, style, tone, guest experience)

Program creation (custom order of service, readings, music, traditions)

Visual tributes: slideshow (up to 75 photos, music-timed), memorial posters, and digital keepsakes

Written elements: eulogy, obituary, or tribute writing support

Vendor coordination for up to 5 vendors (venue, catering, celebrant, florist, musician)

Unlimited email/text communication week-of-event + 3 structured planning calls

Optional Add-On: Day-of in-person support (Central Texas) — $500 for up to 5 hours, $100/hr after
